I take plenty of back up equipment with me on every job. ( What will Uncle Harry do if his camera jams?) And cameras and flash units do break down... always at the worst possible moment.
I have extensive photojournalistic experience so I am
very comfortable with the current photojournalistic style of wedding photography.
I have also photographed many weddings in the more traditional styles.
I understand the dynamics of weddings and know what is
going to happen and when. I often can make suggestions on the logistics
of the wedding day that can make the event run more smoothly for the bride
and groom.
I use a high quality professional lab for processing, scanning and printing your wedding photographs. Uncle Harry, and even some so called professionals, may use a neighborhood mini-lab or a discount store where they hire minimum wage inexperienced people to work the equipment and handle your wedding photographs.
